Initially the thought of creating my own bot was rather daunting but I realised the benefits of having a bot employee that was reliable and hard working and so I persevered and logged onto the Meta Humans bot platform. Fortunately, the design and structure of the platform is intuitive and easy to use. I had to think carefully about my client interface and how best to train my bot to effectively represent my company. It was a bit like having a conversation with myself, but it wasn’t long before I got the hang of things, certainly less complicated than training a human to do the same tasks. The fact that the bot can perform on all the main social media platforms means maximum 24/7 exposure to the market, a plus for any business.
